Chhattisgarh guv collapses while delivering R day speech

Raipur, January 26 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Governor Shekhar Dutt collapsed on stage while delivering Republic Day speech during the state level celebration in Raipur today. Security personnel standing beside the Governor rushed to uphold him as soon as the he fainted. Dutt completed his speech, soon after regaining consciousness.
