Congress refuses to comment on SC verdict

Lucknow/New Delhi, January 31 (ANI): In a major embarrassment to the congress led UPA Government, the Supreme Court today accepted Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy's petition against the Prime Minister's Office in the 2G case, saying that all public authorities should give a sanction within 3 months against any public official if a request is made for prosecution. Senior Congress leaders Kapil Sibal and Manish Tiwari refused to comment on the verdict.
