Congress takes a dig at BJP over Uma Bharti

Lucknow, January 19 (ANI): Congress criticized the Bhartiya Janata Party for bringing in its firebrand leader, Uma Bharti as a candidate in the upcoming assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh. Taking a dig at the BJP, Congress chief in Uttar Pradesh, Rita Bahuguna Joshi termed the party weak . She also trained guns on Bharti for spoiling the image of the BJP in Madhya Pradesh. Congress General Secretary Digvijay Singh also accused Bharti for degrading the image of the BJP. Singh also slammed Mayawati for her involvement in swindling funds allocated to the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM).
