Gulbarg case: Court defers judgment till Feb 15th

Ahmedabad, February 13 (ANI): An Ahmedabad Court today deferred its ruling on making closure report presented by Special Investigation Team (SIT) on Gujarat riots 2002 public. Social activist, Teesta Setalvad said that an application had been submitted in court requesting to collect all required material and court would pronounce it s ruling on February 15th. Zakia Jaffery's counsel, S M Vora, told mediapersons on Monday that SIT is not refusing to give the report but they have asked for some more time.
