HP: Locals troubled with heavy snow

Dharamsala, January 9 (ANI): Heavy snowfall has disrupted normal life in Dharamsala city of Himachal Pradesh. The picturesque city has so far experienced a snowfall of four feet in the upper terrains. Fresh snowfall that began since wee hours of Saturday has draped the entire city that now resembles a white blanket covering roads, houses and trees. Though snowfall would guarantee a good water supply throughout the year, locals are bearing the brunt of the weather. Even though most streets and market areas looked deserted some ecstatic first timers were seen dodging snowballs at each other even at a bone chilling temperature of minus 2 degree Celsius.
