Karnataka HC rejects Yeddy s plea

Bangalore, January 31 (ANI): In a setback to former Karanataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa, the Karanataka High Court has dismissed his petition to quash criminal proceedings against him in corruption cases. Yeddyurappa had moved the High Court seeking cancellation of the Lokayukta court s summons against him as it has been hearing complaints accusing him of de notifying government land to benefit his kith and kin
