Mukherjee slams U khand govt

Dehradun, January 24 (ANI): Slamming the BJP led Uttarakhand government, Union Finance Minister and Senior Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee today said that it has failed to provide stability in the state as it changed the guard seven times in five years. Mukherjee also alleged that the state government has failed to properly utilize the funds allocated by the centre.
