Proceedings against SM Krishna stayed

New Delhi, January 27 (ANI): Foreign Minister S M Krishna heaved a sigh of relief as the Supreme Court stayed proceedings against him in the Karnataka illegal mining case. Krishna is accused of illegally de reserving large forest areas for mining in Bellary during his tenure as state chief minister between 1999 and 2004.
