Punjab goes to polls amid tight security

Amritsar/Jalandhar, January 30 (ANI): Polling started in Punjab today at 9am amid tight security. The fate of 1,078 candidates would be sealed by 1.76 crore voters. In Amritsar, people started queuing up from early morning itself and seemed very excited to vote. A specially abled voter, Navdeep was helped by his brother to cast his vote. Meanwhile, Congress candidate from Amritsar OP Saini expressed confidence that his party would form next government in the state.
