2G scam: Court denies bail to Shahid Balwa, two associates

 
 

New Delhi, May 24 (ANI): The special CBI court hearing the 2G scam case today rejected the bail applications of Shahid Usman Balwa, promoter of DB Realty and Swan Telecom, and his cousin Asif Balwa and Rajeev Agarwal, both directors of Kusegaon Realty. CBI special judge O.P. Saini rejected the bail applications of all three, named as co accused along with former communications minister A Raja in the case related to irregularities in the allocation of airwaves to telecom companies, causing huge losses to the exchequer.
