Arun Jaitely tears apart Justice Sen's defence

New Delhi, August 18 (ANI): Arun Jaitely today strongly countered the defence arguments given by tainted judge Soumitra Sen of The Calcutta High Court against whom impeachment motion was passed by Rajya Sabha today. Justice Sen is accused of fund misappropriation when he was a lawyer.Jaitely said the judge had misled both the inquiry commission.Jaitely further called it a 'fit case of misconduct' by a judge. He called for a national judicial commission to be set up to check errant judges, and objective criterion be followed for selecting judges.
