Dehradun/Haldwani, January 30 (ANI): As polling in Uttarakhand is underway, former state Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has expressed confidence that his party would regain power in the hilly state. Uttarakhand minister and BJP candidate from state s Kaladhungi constituency Bansi Dhar hoped of a fabulous victory. Uttarakhand assembly speaker Harbans Kapoor expressed confidence that the people of the state would give another term to the party. In Uttarakhand, Chief Minister BC Khanduri, who replaced Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank last year, is trying to regain power. However, the anti incumbency factor and the inner revolts within the BJP has made the task very difficult for him.
