CBI blames Sajjan for 1984 anti Sikh riots

 
 

New Delhi, April 23 (ANI): The CBI today blamed Congress leader Sajjan Kumar for organising the 1984 anti Sikh riots in New Delhi. The CBI said that the violence was not a spontaneous reaction but a well planned and thought out conspiracy, which had the backing of the government and the police. The Anti Sikh riots in New Delhi were in revenge against the assassination of Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by her Sikh bodyguards.
