Devotees celebrate dismissal of ban on Bhagvad Gita
Kolkata, December 29 (ANI): Devotees from the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in Kolkata celebrated the dismissal of a plea by a Russian court to ban the Hindu Holy Scripture, Bhagvad Gita. The devotees while holding placards thanking the Russian government sang and danced in front of the Russian Consulate gates. Talking to mediapersons, general manager of the ISKCON temple of Kolkata, Radha Ram Das, said that the Gita had passed the Agnipariksha in the Russian court.
