Families of arrested militants demand fair trial

 
 

Bangalore, Sep 01 (ANI): Families of recently arrested suspected militants from Bangalore demand fair investigation for their kin. Police had arrested 11 suspects for having links with foreign based militant outfits such as Lashkar e Toiba (Let) and Harkat ul Jihad al Islami (HuJI) in Karnataka on Thursday. Sakina, mother of one of the arrested militant Yusuf, said that her son was innocent and should be released as soon as possible. Speaking on same lines, Ata Ur Rehman, brother of one of the arrested militant, Mati Ur Rehman said that police should speed up their interrogation and release his brother without filing any case or charge sheet against him.
