Govt. to upgrade 1800 km road in Punjab

 
 

Amritsar, May 11 (ANI): Union Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh today said that the government would upgrade 1,800 kilometres road in Punjab within a year under the Prime Minister Road Scheme. Ramesh who is on a two day visit of Punjab added that in order to develop the infrastructure in rural areas, they would also include villages with population of 500 under the Scheme.
