HSTDV will be tested by early 2012: DRDO

Bangalore, February 12 (ANI): V. K. Saraswat, Scientific Adviser to Defence Minister and chief of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) said the Hypersonic Technology Demonstrator Vehicle would be tested by early 2012. Addressing a press conference at the Aero India show, 2011 at the Yelhanka airbase of Indian Air Force near Bangalore on Friday, Saraswat said that a scramjet engine would test the Hypersonic Technology Demonstrator Vehicle.
