India to write off $200 million from LC to Bangladesh: Pranab

Dhaka, May 7 (ANI): India will write off 200 million US dollars of the 1 billion dollars line of credit offered to Bangladesh. Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee announced this while addressing the media at Dhaka. He also assured to apply all bilateral agreements, including those that had been delayed. Meanwhile, Mukherjee also threw light upon the sensitive issue of border killings. Lastly, Mukherjee commented on the much debated Teesta river water sharing dispute and said that the issue was crucial and needed to be resolved amicably.
