Jaiswal claims no fraud in coal blocks allocations

 
 

Noida/Kanpur, Aug 19 (ANI): Defending the government after the fallout of the CAG report on coal block allocations, Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal today continued to be on denial mode and said that the policy was not only made by the UPA I government, but also by that of the NDA, and also the governments before that. The CAGs report on Coal Block Allocation, Power Sector and Aviation was tabled in the Rajya Sabha on Friday according to which the government allocated coal blocks, power projects and land at a fraction of market prices, potentially costing the exchequer a huge loss.
