Jean Marc Ayrault takes oath as French PM

 
 

Paris, May 16 (ANI): Socialist Jean Marc Ayrault, a long time ally of President Fran ois Hollande today officially assumed his position as the country s new prime minister during a swearing in ceremony in Paris. Ayrault, arrived with his wife Brigitte Terrien at the Matignon Palace and said farewell to former president Nicolas Sarkozy's premier Francois Fillon before getting to work.
