Kanda s bail plea rejected by Delhi HC

 
 

New Delhi, Aug 17 (ANI): The anticipatory bail plea of former Haryana minister, Gopal Goyal Kanda in the Geetika Sharma s suicide case has been rejected by the Delhi High Court today. Kanda has been charged with abetting the suicide of Geetika and has been missing for 11 days.The judge while rejecting the bail plea of Kanda said that he has not been cooperating with the investigation agency.
