Major cities on high alert after serial blasts rock Mumbai

Ahmedabad/New Delhi/Ajmer /Thane, July 14 (ANI): Major cities of India including capital New Delhi were put on high alert after triple blasts rocked Mumbai city yesterday evening. In Gujarat, security has been beefed up with special attention being paid to the state capital Ahmedabad to avoid any untoward incident. Meanwhile, security was also beefed up in national capital New Delhi and strict checking and vigilance was put in place throughout the city. Also in Ajmer city of Rajasthan, security was tightened at the site of the famous Sufi shrine of Ajmer Dargah, which was once rocked by a bomb blast in 2007 that had claimed two lives.
