Mayawati announces schemes worth Rs 6,035 cr on Kanshi Ram's death anniversary

 
 

Lucknow, October 09 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati unveiled 484 schemes worth Rs 6,035 crore on the death anniversary of BSP founder Kanshi Ram today. The chief minister paid tribute to late Kanshiram by offering flowers on his bronze statue erected along her statue inside the Kanshiram memorial building in Lucknow. The schemes announced by her on the occasion are meant for water supply, sewerage and drainage projects and power sector.
