Neeraj Grover case: Maria Susairaj released from jail

Mumbai, July 2 (ANI): Kannada actress Maria Susairaj, who was sentenced to a three year jail term in Neeraj Grover murder case walked free on Saturday. Amidst tight security outside the Byculla Jail, Susairaj got into a white car after she was released.There's been rampant criticism of the court's verdict for letting off the accused lightly while Grover's parents have called the order an unfair acquittal. A Mumbai court had sentenced her for 3 years for destruction of evidence in the gruesome Neeraj Grover murder case, which she has already served.
