Now robots will treat brain stroke!

Hyderabad, October 30 (ANI): In a one of its kind invention, the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad has come up with the first robotic treatment facility to aid neurologists to treat brain stroke patients. The new age equipment, named 'stroke Robot', would diagnose the illness as well as suggest the line of treatment to the patients. The RP 7 remote presence Robot is a mobile robotic platform that enables the physician to remotely monitor and guide the treatment of stroke. According to media reports, the wireless and Internet connected robot is the first and the only US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) certified remote presence device.
