Pak SC indicts Gilani for contempt of court
Islamabad, February 13 (ANI): Pakistan Supreme Court today indicted country s Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani for contempt, a move that could disqualify him from office. The Court said that Gilani will now appear as an accused in the contempt of the court case. Gilani pleaded not guilty in the contempt case in the Supreme Court. The embattled prime minister was summoned by the courts over the government's two year refusal to write to authorities in Switzerland asking them to re open corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.
