Premeir of Aarakshan

The premiere of Prakash Jha s controversial film Aarakshan was held in Mumbai, and was attended by the cast and crew amidst tight security.The film was banned in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Andhra Pradesh before its theatrical release, but Jha contended that those opposing the movie had to see it to understand it.
