Rain in capital, water logging, traffic hits normal life

Tuesday morning turned out to be a rainy morning for Delhites as the capital city woke up to heavy downpours. While rain is always a relief from scorching heat, it proves a curse for the city as it leads to heavy traffic jam and water logging.
