New Delhi, May 13 (ANI): Addressing the 60th anniversary of the Parliament, Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh said resilience of our pluralistic democracy is the proud achievement for the country and the citizens. Asserting that Parliament is not only a legislative but also a deliberative body, Singh today said that Rajya Sabha holds a unique position in our republic. Singh said that Parliament has maintained the spirit of national bonding and the members of the upper house have been successful in bringing out consensus on the critical issues.
