Satisfied with relief work in Assam, says Sonia Gandhi

Kokrajhar, Aug13 (ANI): Congress President Sonia Gandhi, while on a visit to the relief camps in the riot hit districts of lower Assam says that she is satisfied with the relief work. Gandhi accompanied by Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde, visited relief camps, housing members of Bodos and Muslims, the two communities affected by the violence. Speaking to the media persons in Kokrajhar district, Gandhi further said that the people in the camps want to return to their homes and was confident that the state authorities are making every possible effort for the same.
