Saurav Ganguly to head cricket board's technical committee

Kolkata, September 23 (ANI): There are positive signs that former Indian cricketer Saurav Ganguly might be heading the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Technical Committee. Addressing mediapersons on the sidelines of an event held in Kolkata on Thursday, Ganguly said that he had earlier been part of the technical committee and is looking forward to help Indian players to take the game to new heights. Recently former cricket captain, Sunil Gavaskar wrote a letter to BCCI to be relieved from the post of the technical committee as he has worked for seven years as the chairman of the committee.
