Shakar Singh Vaghela slams Narendra Modi over fasting

Ahmedabad, September 18 (ANI): : Senior Congress leader Shankar Sinh Vaghela slammed Narendra Modi, over his three day fast to foster communal harmony while holding him responsible for the death of innocent lives in the state. While addressing mediapersons in Ahmedabad today, Sinh alleged that Modi's fast has caused 600 million rupees to the state exchequer.He added that if this money had been spent for social welfare,it would have been much more beneficial for the people. Congress in the leadership of Shankar Sinh Vaghela and Gujarat Congress president Arjun Modhvadia also launched a three day fast on Saturday to counter Modi's harmony fast.
