UP split: Maya hits back at opposition

 
 

Lucknow, November 21 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati has rubbished the opposition's claims of calling her decision to split UP, a political gimmick. The chief minister claimed that her government enjoys full majority in the state assembly. The Uttar Pradesh assembly today passed Mayawati's resolution to divide the state into four parts. The resolution will now be sent to the Centre for its consideration. Following that, the state assembly was adjourned sine die.
