Monster 821 is the successor of Monster 900 which made a revolution in the motorcycle world. Being sporty, agile and powerful, Monster 821 follows the predecessor in performance also. It comes with the standard equipment like TFT color display and passenger seat cover. Adjustable seat height makes it a convenient bike. The safety equipment included are Riding modes, power modes, Ducati Safety Pack (Bosch ABS+ Ducati Traction Control). The Trellis frame, Brembo braking system, front fork and rear mono shock make it a stable and comfortable motorcycle on all tracks. Monster 821 has the design that highlights the concept of ‘sports naked bike’. The circular shaped front headlight makes it a real Monster.


The 821 cc, Testastretta, L-Twin, 4 Desmodromically actuated valves per cylinder, water cooled, fuel injected engine produces maximum power of 80kw at 9,250 rpm and maximum torque of 86Nm at 7,750 rpm. It has 88 x 67.5mm Bore x Stroke and 12.8:1 compression ratio. Monster comes with electronic fuel injection. It has 2-1 system, Two lambda probes, stainless steel muffler with aluminium end cap. Slipper and self-servo wet multi-plate clutch with Mechanical control is mated to 6 speed transmission. Monster 821 has Tubular Steel Trellis Frame chassis. USD fork suspension in front and progressive linkage with adjustable mono shock, aluminium double-sided swing arm provide stability.


It has 10-spoke light alloy wheels. Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tyres have measurements 120/70 ZR 17 in front and 180/55 ZR 17 in rear. Semi-floating discs, radially mounted Monobloc Brembo 4-piston callipers in front and 2-piston callipers disc in rear provide safety. Bosch ABS also comes as standard equipment.


LED headlight and LED tail light are included.


Wheelbase: 1480mm. Monster 821 has 180.5kg of Kerb weight.
