Features
UM Renegade comes with an electric cruiser, that made its global debut in the 2018 Auto Expo in India and it will be launched during 2019 July and November. While other manufacturers have focused on electric scooters UM has unveiled a cruiser. It will be equipped with a liquid cooling engine and will come with a gear box as well.
UM Renegade gives a classic American cruiser styling to Thor with a low stance and lots of chrome elements. Large headlamp, wide handlebars, and LED indicators are given to enhance the styling.
Thor draws power from a Li-Po (lithium polymer) high power battery with a built in board charger. The 30kW motor produces 40bhp power and 70Nm torque and is paired to a five speed gear box. The fast charging battery gets 80 percent charge in 40 minutes and you can travel up to 270km and it offers a top speed of 180kph. Telescopic fork front suspension and twin adjustable shock absorbers in rear are given for stability. Disc brakes both in front and rear with dual channel ABS does the braking duties efficiently.
UM Renegade offers two year free charging for its customers across India; if you go for a full color TFT display the price will be doubled.
