Yamaha is about to delight its customers with new D’Elight. The retro styled scooter will be available in India soon, in mid-2019. The lightweight scooter comes with spacious seat, grab rail and a digital analogue instrument cluster. Under seat storage space, low seat height, integrated tail light and rear indicators will be included for additional comfort and convenience.
The 113 cc air cooled 4 stroke engine is expected to deliver 7bhp power at 7500 rpm and 8.1Nm torque at 5500 rpm and it is paired with a CVT transmission. Telescopic fork front suspension and unit swing rear suspension will be given for a comfortable ride. Hydraulic single disc brake in front and drum brake in rear ensure safety on all rides. It is expected to be available in three color schemes.
It will take on TVS Scooty Zest and Honda Activa 3G in Indian market.
