In another development, CBI on Friday moved the Supreme Court and urged it to make itself a party to Rhea’s petition for transferring the FIR lodged against her in Patna to Mumbai.

Sushant’s father had filed the FIR against Rhea under various sections of IPC, accusing her of abetment of suicide, wrongful restraint, wrongful confinement, theft, criminal breach of trust, and cheating. Rhea was on Friday questioned by the Enforcement Directorate for over eight hours along with his brother, father, and Sushant’s ex-manager.

Today, Rhea was not with him. CBI has also registered an FIR against Showik in the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
