September 22 : In the latest development in the drug case linked with Sushant Singh Rajput case, the Narcotics Control Bureau summoned actress Deepika Padukone's manager Karishma Prakash after Deepika’s name surfaced in WhatsApp chats about drugs with her manager, who is KWAN Talent Management Agency employee Jaya Saha’s assistant.

The NCB is reportedly set to summon Deepika as well in connection with the drug case. According to a Times Now report, a few drug chats came under NCB's scanner that took place between individuals with initials ‘D’ and ‘K’. While ‘D’ has allegedly been identified as Deepika Padukone, ‘K’ is identified as her manager Karishma, who works for KWAN Talent Management Agency. KWAN is the same agency that was summoned by The Enforcement Directorate earlier in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.

It is also reported that NCB will summon KWAN director Dhruv and he is likely to appear before the agency today. On Monday, Jaya Saha was questioned by the NCB with regards to Bollywood drugs angle. Jaya will again appear before the agency today.

The WhatsApp chats in question are dated October 2017, in which ‘D’ asked ‘K’ for “hash, not weed”.

It is also reported that Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor will also be summoned by the NCB in the drug case after the drug law enforcement agency found out that Sara and Shraddha went on an island near Pune multiple times for parties with Sushant.
