September 24 : The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) today summoned executive producer and director Kshitij Raviprasad of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and asked him to appear before them on Friday, September 25, in the Bollywood drugs nexus case that is linked to Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

It is reported that Kshitij Raviprasad has come under the NCB’s scanner. He will be questioned by the agency in the drugs case. Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone and Rakul Preet Singh will also appear before the Narcotics Control Bureau tomorrow. The Bajirao Mastani actress, who is currently in Goa for a shoot schedule, will arrive in Mumbai by a chartered plane.

Mumbai police to deploy additional security

A Times Now report suggests that the Mumbai police have been asked to deploy additional security around the NCB Mumbai office tomorrow when Deepika will arrive to give her statement to the investigating agency.

Deepika blames manager Karishma for revealing drug chats

According to a Republic TV report, Deepika is putting pressure on her manager Karishma Prakash to not reveal details to the NCB. The report further suggests that the actress has blamed Karishma and talent manager Jaya Saha for revealing the “drug chats” to NCB. The report further stated that the Bajirao Mastani actress consulted a 12-member legal team in Mumbai via video call along with her husband Ranveer Singh.

Earlier, Karishma was summoned by the NCB to join the investigation but she asked for time till September 25 due to ill health. Republic TV report also suggests that Karishma is currently with Deepika in Goa, and will appear before the NCB tomorrow.
