December 01 : Soon-mom-to-be Anushka Sharma knows how to take care of herself during the advance stage of her pregnancy. The actress took to her Instagram handle and shared a cute picture, shelling out major couple goals for her fans and followers.

Taking to her Instagram handle on Tuesday, the actress shared a throwback picture, while she penned a long note about yoga during pregnancy. In the picture, hubby Virat can be seen helping Anushka with her Shirshasana. Anushka does a tough yoga pose, where she needs to stand on her head with her legs up in the air, balancing her whole body on her head. The pregnant Anushka takes all precautions to do the asana—while she does the pose under the guidance of her yoga teacher, she also takes the support of the wall, and Virat gives a little more support by holding her legs. The actress wrote: “This exercise is ‘hands-down’ (and legs up) the most difficult one. Throwback. PS - As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant, barring twists and extreme forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support.”

The actress further wrote, “For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband supporting me balance, to be extra safe. This was also done under the supervision of my yoga teacher Eefa Shrof who was virtually with me through this session. I'm so glad I could continue my practice through my pregnancy.”

Anushka, who was recently in Dubai with Virat, returned to Mumbai and resumed work, while Kohli is currently in Australia for the ongoing Australia-India cricket series. Virat, who will soon return to India, has been granted paternity leave by the BCCI as Anushka is due in January.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka was last seen in 2018 film Zero, which was a debacle at the box office. The actress has produced two web series this year—Pataal Lok for Prime Videos and Bulbbul for Netflix, and both have received critical acclaims.
