December 05 : The wearable Amazfit GTR 2, Amazfit GTS 2 and Amazfit GTS 2 mini are set to be unveiled in India this month. Out of these, Amazfit GTR 2 will be launched on December 17, which will be followed by the launches of Amazfit GTS 2 and Amazfit GTS 2 mini.

While the smartwatches Amazfit GTR 2 and the Amazfit GTS 2 were unveiled globally in October, Amazfit GTS 2 mini was launched in China recently.

Confirming the launch date of Amazfit GTR 2 on the official blog, the company also said that Amazfit GTS 2 and Amazfit GTS 2 mini will arrive in the country this month. The smartwatches will be available on the Amazfit India website, Flipkart, and Amazon. Flipkart has already started releasing teasers of the Amazfit GTR 2 launch in India.

As the three smartwatches have already been launched in the global markets, buyers know what price to expect for these wearables. The Amazfit GTR 2 and the Amazfit GTS 2 both come with similar prices, that is, $179 (about Rs. 13,200). Buyers are expecting that these two wearables will be priced around the same range in India as well. On the other hand, Amazfit GTS 2 mini is priced at CNY 699 (about Rs. 7,800). In India the product is expected to be in the same range.

The Amazfit GTR 2 features a 1.39-inch AMOLED display, which is protected by a 3D glass on top. It comes with a heart rate sensor as well as a blood-oxygen saturation measurement. The smartwatch features 12 professional sports modes, 3GB of onboard storage that can store up to 600 songs, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, along with GPS with dual satellite positioning and NFC. It comes with a 417mAh battery that offers up to 14 days of battery life.

The Amazfit GTS 2 has all the specifications same as the GTR 2. Besides, the Amazfit GTS 2 has a rectangular 1.65-inch display and a 246mAh battery that can offer 7 days of regular use or up to 20 days of battery life in power saving mode. The smartwatch weighs 9only 24.7 grams.

Both the watches are compatible with Android and iOS devices, and come with interchangeable wristbands.

Amazfit GTS 2 mini, on the other hand, has a 1.55-inch AMOLED display, has a built-in microphone. It comes with Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ GLONASS, and NFC, and is water-resistant up to 50 metres. This wearable is also compatible with both Android and iOS smartphones. The Amazfit GTS 2 mini also features a BioTracker and 2 PPG for 24-hour heart rate, SpO2, and sleep and activity tracking. It has over 70 sports modes, and comes with a 220mAh battery that offers up to 21 days of running time in basic watch mode.
