June 7 : International Yoga Day 2019 will be celebrated on June 21, 2019 and Prime Minister takes one step ahead to make sure people enjoy a healthy life. On Thursday, he shouted a beautiful tweet that emphasised the importance of Tadasana and his tweet went like this: ‘Doing Tadasana properly would enable you to practice many other Asanas with ease. Know more about this Asana and its benefits. #YogaDay2019’

The interesting fact was that he also shared an animated video that showed the steps to be followed in order to do Tadasana in the proper manner. Tadasana is also called by the name Mountain Pose and is said to have many benefits.

The Mountain Pose if done right and regularly will helps stabilize the posture, muscles and increases mental awareness. As per experts, this form of yoga will make the breathing pattern of a human being better, and lends more muscle power to the feet, thighs, legs ankles, knees and abdomen of the person.

Most of all, this is not a vigorous exercise and so can be practised by all ages. It helps burn down the excess fat in the body. But, it needs to be done on a regular basis, infusing a lot of stretches and pushes, thereby helping the person to shed weight over time.

Recently at the Indian Elections 2019, he won victoriously with no much competition. His victory was unanimously celebrated and appreciated by numerous Indian political leaders and also many International leaders from around the world. It could be because of his lifestyle that he is able to cope with the pressures of such a tension and energy packed position in India.
