NEW YORK, May 8, 2014 - Preet Bharara, the U.S. Attorney for the southern District of New York, speaks at a handover ceremony of the ancient statue of Duryodhana in New York, the United States, May 7, 2014. The Duryodhana, a 10th Century sandstone sculpture, which alleged to be stolen from the Prasat Chen temple at Koh Ker by an organized looting network, and ultimately imported into U.S. for sale by Sotheby's Inc.. In April 2012, the U.S. Attorney filed a court action in Federal Court seeking forfeiture of the statue and handing back to Cambodia. In December 2013, Sotheby's decided to settle the case by agreeing to return the statue to Cambodia.
