Beijing: Kim Hong-gul, head of the Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation civic group, talks to reporters at an airport in Beijing on July 19, 2018, after a trip to North Korea. Kim said he signed an agreement with the North the day before to work together to bring back remains of Korean forced labor victims from the 1910-45 Japanese colonial rule, with working-level talks to begin in August. Kim is the youngest son of late former President Kim Dae-jung, who held the first-ever inter-Korean summit in 2000.
