CAIRO, Nov. 13, 2016 - Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail (6th R) attends the first session of a three-day economic conference, attended by several ministers as well as hundreds of economists and businessmen, in Cairo, Egypt, on Nov. 12, 2016. There is an atmosphere of optimism about the Egyptian economy as the International Monetary Fund has approved a loan of 12 billion U.S. dollars to Egypt and Standard and Poors has revised its sovereign credit outlook from "negative" to "stable," Sherif Ismail said here on Saturday.
