PARIS, Dec. 1, 2015 - Xie Zhenhua (C), China's special representative on climate change, Yang Yingming (L), Deputy Director-General of the Department of International Economic and Finance Cooperation of China Ministry of Finance, and President of Asian Development Bank Takehiko Nakao launch the Roadmap for Carbon Capture and Storage Demonstration and Deployment in the People's Republic of China during the China-ADB Cooperation on Climate Change Side Event on the sidelines of the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 21) at Le Bourget on the northern suburbs of Paris, France, Dec. 1, 2015. China will work closely with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards its carbon dioxide (CO2) emission reduction targets, as the two sides jointly launched here on Tuesday a visionary road map for the demonstration and deployment of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology.
