PARIS, Dec. 2, 2015 - Media staff work during the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 21) at Le Bourget on the northern suburbs of Paris, France, Dec. 2, 2015. The Paris climate talks entered stage of substantive negotiations on Tuesday as negotiators began to turn political will that their leaders expressed into concrete solutions to various disputes over a new climate agreement. Officials from 195 countries have one final week to slim the agreement draft which now runs over 50 pages to a manageable level so that their ministers could read when they join the table next week.
