ATHENS, Dec. 23, 2014 - Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras (1st R) attends the second round of voting to elect a new Greek president at the Parliament in Athens, Greece, Dec. 23, 2014. Greek parliament failed to elect the next president of the Hellenic Republic in the second ballot of a roll-call vote on Tuesday. The result came as no surprise to political parties and media commentators who expected that the decisive round that will determine whether the country will go to snap national elections in early 2015, will be the third and final one scheduled for Dec. 29.
