Weah said the multinational troops who took part in the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Liberia will forever be remembered for their bravery and sacrifice. Speaking at the sent-forth for the troops in Monrovia on Monday, Weah particularly thanked the Chinese troops for being highly professional and well-disciplined, hailing them for their memorable sacrifice, although their peacekeeping mission in Liberia had come to an end. China and a few other countries including Nigeria and Pakistan remained on the peacekeeping mission till the very end. The peacekeeping mission will formally withdraw on March 30.
