Libya's UN-backed government on Sunday accused the rival east-based army of breaking a UN-proposed humanitarian truce in the capital Tripoli by firing rockets on civilian areas. On Aug. 8, the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) called for a humanitarian truce on the occasion of the holly Eid al-Adha, on which both parties agreed.
